Click here to see the letter of Boghos Nubar to M. Gout from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dated December 11, 1918.
The general is admitting that 6 to 700,000 souls have been relocated, of
which 390,000 have been accounted for in Allied held territories post
bellum. This effectively limits to 210,000 to 310,000, the number of
the dead due to relocations (a far cry from the 1.5 million, as
claimed by today's Diaspora)
